Kevin came the same day and identified the faulty part, he was able to replace it with a new unit. Contact at site said he was very friendly and helpful, job was completed within the hour. I would definitely use his services again.
Kevin's experience and work ethic makes him stand out from the rest. He is an extremely hard worker, courteous, polite and COVID compliant. In addition, Kevin is an excellent problem solver. This, together with his ability to see the bigger picture, saved me from a lot of unnecessary work and expense. I am very pleased with the result of all Kevin's hard work and I would be completely confident in recommending Kevin to anyone.
Kevin was polite and for the most part the work performed was excellent, however: 1) Two of the replaced TRVs had small leaks which resulted in pressure loss from the system. 2) The OPENTHERM connection between boiler and NEST thermostat was not installed. 3) It appears that sludge from the system flush was discharged into our downstairs WC (rather than the outside drains) resulting in a situation where flushing the toilet would have resulted in an overflow. Rather than resolve the blockage, Kevin cut the supply pipe to the cistern and capped it.
Excellent service, a professional job done quickly and to a high standard, also a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.
After a different plumber advised us of the issue with our boiler we called Kevin to see if he had any availability to fix it sooner. He came round the same day as my call and took a look. Thank goodness he did as it was a totally different problem to what we initially thought. He got the boiler working there and then, and noticed we needed a different replacement part. He ordered that for us, and came back to fit it the following week. Very polite and good at what he does. We will be getting him back to service the boiler later this year.
The work was fantastic. Kevin was professional and courteous and did an amazing job. He worked tirelessly to check we were happy and kept us involved the whole way through explaining things in terms I understood.
